PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, BEBAN KERJA, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT ASIA PRAMULIA SURABAYA

Abstract
Asia Pramulia (ASPRA) is a plastic packaging manufacturing company specializing in the Stretch Blow Moulding and Injection Moulding processes. The performance of employees in the blow production division plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth production processes to produce products that meet quality and quantity standards.
This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation, workload, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Asia Pramulia Surabaya. The research adopts a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 respondents who are employees of the blow production division at PT. Asia Pramulia Surabaya, selected using purposive sampling. The data obtained were processed using SPSS version 26, and the tests conducted in this study include instrument testing (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination test, while the hypothesis testing used the t-test.
The results of this study partially indicate that compensation, workload, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Asia Pramulia Surabaya.
