Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply the role of educational management in realizing quality schools. Specifically, this study aims to identify the components of educational management that have the most influence on school quality, including human resource management, facilities and infrastructure management, and financial management. This study also aims to explore the challenges and obstacles faced by schools in implementing effective educational management. The next goal is to identify strategies that can help other schools optimize their educational management, including the supervision aspect, to achieve the expected quality of education. Finally, this study also aims to explore the role of educational supervision in improving school quality. By conducting this study, it is hoped that a clearer picture can be obtained regarding how educational management can contribute to improving school quality.
