Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana implementasi budaya sekolah guru Madrasah Negeri dan SMPIT Insan Permata di Bojonegoro. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif study komparasi menggambarkan perbedaan budaya sekolah. Lokasi penelitian berada di 2 sekolah yang berbeda yakni MTS Negeri 1 dan SMP Islam Insan Permata Bojonegoro. Sampel penelitian 50 guru di kedua sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil bahwa kedua sekolah memang sama-sama sekolah yang berbasis agama, namun terdapat perbedaan bahwa budaya sekolah yang diterapkan pada guru sekolah swasta yaitu SMPIT Insan Permata sedikit lebih tinggi daripada guru sekolah MTS Negeri 1 Bojonegoro.

ABSTRACT


          This study explains how the implementation of school culture of teachers of State Madrasah and SMPIT Insan Permata in Bojonegoro. The method in this study uses a quantitative comparative study approach to describe the differences in school culture. The location of the study was in 2 different schools, namely State MTS 1 and SMP Islam Insan Permata Bojonegoro. The research sample was 50 teachers in both schools. The data collection technique was a questionnaire. Based on the results, both schools are indeed religious-based schools, but there is a difference that the school culture applied to private school teachers, namely SMPIT Insan Permata, is slightly higher than the teachers of MTS Negeri 1 Bojonegoro.
