Inovasi Kolaboratif Program Bank Sampah Induk Surabaya: Adopsi Konsep Co-Creation dalamMenghadirkan Nilai Ekonomi dan Lingkungan

Abstract
Pengelolaan sampah yang berkelanjutan di kota-kota besar seperti Surabaya
menuntut pendekatan yang lebih inovatif dan kolaboratif. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan konsep Co-Creation dalam
pengelolaan sampah berbasis komunitas, khususnya melalui Bank Sampah
Induk Surabaya (BSIS). Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif
dengan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara,
observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis mengacu pada model DART
(Dialogue, Access, Risk Assessment, Transparency) dari Prahalad &
Ramaswamy (2004). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BSIS berhasil
membangun ekosistem kolaboratif yang melibatkan pemerintah, masyarakat,
dan sektor swasta, yang mampu menciptakan nilai ekonomi dan lingkungan.
Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan literasi digital, fluktuasi harga jual
sampah, dan resistensi kultural masyarakat masih menjadi hambatan.
Penelitian ini merekomendasikan optimalisasi teknologi digital, perluasan
layanan, dan peningkatan strategi edukasi untuk mendukung keberlanjutan
pengelolaan sampah secara partisipatif.
