Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style on employee discipline and work ethics. Using a literature review method, the research explores various academic sources to understand the relationship between leadership, discipline, and ethics in an organizational context. The findings reveal that transformational and participative leadership styles significantly influence the development of disciplined and ethical work behavior. Leaders who act as role models, foster open communication, and understand employees’ intrinsic motivation play a crucial role in creating a productive and harmonious work environment. This study also emphasizes the importance of integrating Islamic ethical values in human resource management, particularly in the Indonesian context. The results are expected to contribute both theoretically and practically to the development of leadership strategies based on values and integrity.
