STRATEGI PENGEMASAN OBAT YANG RAMAH LINGKUNGAN: ANALISIS DARI PERSPEKTIF PUBLIKASI ILMIAH

Abstract

As the production and distribution of drugs that have an impact on the environment, especially packaging, has become a serious concern. Pharmaceutical packaging which is usually made of aluminum-based plastic, plastic, and other synthetic materials, has high tensile strength and contributes to the development of solid waste and environmental degradation. Several alternative approaches to using pharmaceutical packaging. Efforts that can be made are by using biodegradable materials, recycled materials, minimalist packaging design, and the application of circular economy principles. This study uses a qualitative approach. This study uses a literature study with relevant data sources according to information related to drug packaging strategies by conducting a literature search from various trusted sources such as scientific journals, books, articles, and related websites. The results of the study are expected to be a reference for users to choose environmentally friendly packaging with a focus on consumer health.
