ANALISIS KEMUDAHAN APLIKASI SHOPEE TERHADAP KEPERCAYAAN GENERASI Z

Abstract
This analysis is designed to learn how the app's youth affects the shopee
user's beliefs, technology development has altered consumer behavior
patterns, especially among z generations that are highly adaptive to
digital innovation. Shopee becomes the biggest e-commerce platform in
Indonesia. They also become the z generation's number one pick for
online shopping because of easy access, rapid transactions, and a variety
of attractive features and promo. Shopee apps, such as simple payment
processes, and responsive services, significantly affect user experience.
This positive experience then built user trust in the platform.
Data collection methods through the distribution of questionnaires on a
scale of statements 1 (one) to 5 (five), assuming that rate 1 (one) is
highly opposed and rate 5 (five) strongly agree, data obtained in
