PROMOSI JABATAN DAN MUTASI : LITERATUR REVIEW TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract
Dua bidang penting manajemen sumber daya manusia yang dapat memengaruhi kebahagiaan dan kinerja kerja adalah mutasi dan promosi. Dalam bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau literatur tentang topik mutasi dan promosi pekerjaan. Penelitian ini meninjau literatur secara sistematis untuk menentukan karakteristik apa yang memengaruhi kinerja dan kebahagiaan karyawan yang berkaitan dengan promosi dan mutasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa penempatan dan promosi mutasi dapat berdampak baik atau buruk tergantung pada bagaimana prosedur tersebut dilaksanakan. Selain itu, penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan dan mutasi secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan, pengalaman, dan kinerja staf.
