Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of work stress, physical work environment, job satisfaction on employee performance at Awor Coffee, Kediri City. This type of research is empirical quantitative research with the scope of the research specifically to determine employee performance which influences the variables of this research. The data analysis method used is. Multiple regression method to show the influence of work decision strategy variables (X1) (X2) (X3) on employee performance (Y) for calculation applications using SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science). The number of respondents was 30 employees of Awor Coffee, Kediri City. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale model. This research states that there is a significant and positive influence of Job Stress on employee performance at Awor Coffee Kediri. There is no significant and positive influence of the Physical Work Environment on employee performance at Awor Coffee Kediri. There is no significant and positive influence of Physical Job Satisfaction on employee performance at Awor Coffee Kediri. There is an influence between employee performance on employee performance and there is no influence between employee performance on the Physical Work Environment and Job Satisfaction.
