PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA DIDEALER HONDA NIAGA REDJA ABADI

Abstract
Human resources hold a crucial role in every organizational activity. They are the driving force that determines how effectively an organization can achieve its objectives. This study aims to examine the influence of compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Honda Niaga Redja Abadi Dealer. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The sampling technique applied is saturated sampling, involving all 42 employees in the marketing department. The data analysis methods used include path analysis and the Sobel test. The results indicate that compensation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. However, compensation does not directly have a significant impact on employee performance. On the other hand, job satisfaction significantly affects employee performance and serves as an intervening variable between compensation and employee performance.
