Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of perception quality and taste on consumer loyalty at the Home Industry tahu bulat Jempol Ciamis. The method used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique using a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data used consists of primary data obtained through questionnaires, and secondary data obtained from the bibliography and other relevant sources. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate that Perceived quality and Taste simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Partially, Perceived quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, then Taste partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty
