Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah serta pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja guru dalam mengajar anak usia dini di TK Al Manar. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi langsung, ditemukan bahwa karakter kepala sekolah, kondisi sosial budaya, pendekatan terhadap kurikulum, serta bentuk dukungan terhadap guru berkontribusi terhadap gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan. Gaya kepemimpinan demokratis terbukti meningkatkan partisipasi guru, kenyamanan kerja, serta kualitas pembelajaran anak usia dini.
