Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji karakteristik kepemimpinan responsif dan kolaboratif dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pembelajaran anak dan orang tua pada satuan PAUD berbasis digital. Kajian literatur menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan responsif tercermin melalui pengambilan keputusan yang cepat, adaptasi kurikulum berbasis konteks keluarga, serta komunikasi empatik dengan orang tua. Sementara itu, strategi kolaboratif dilakukan melalui pelibatan aktif guru dan orang tua dalam proses perencanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Di era digital, kepala PAUD juga dituntut memiliki kompetensi teknologi dan kemampuan memanfaatkan data untuk mendukung keberlanjutan layanan pendidikan. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual bagi penguatan kepemimpinan PAUD yang inklusif, adaptif, dan berpihak pada anak.


This article aims to examine the characteristics of responsive and collaborative leadership in fulfilling the learning needs of children and parents in digital-based early childhood education institutions. The literature review shows that responsive leadership is reflected through swift decision-making, curriculum adaptation based on family contexts, and empathetic communication with parents. Meanwhile, collaborative strategies are implemented by actively involving teachers and parents in the planning and evaluation of learning. In the digital era, ECE leaders are also required to possess technological competencies and the ability to utilize data to ensure the continuity of educational services. These findings contribute conceptually to the development of inclusive, adaptive, and child-oriented leadership in early childhood education.
