STRATEGI PEMASARAN SEED PAPER FROM RECYCLE PAPER PENDEKATAN BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS & ANALISIS SWOT
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study aims to formulate a marketing strategy for seed paper products made from recycled paper using the Business Model Canvas approach and SWOT analysis in the context of environmental engineering. The background of this study is based on the increasing volume of global paper waste and the need for creative sustainable solutions that support carbon emission reduction. The method used is qualitative descriptive, through observation and documentation to examine perceptions of the environmental attributes of the product. The results of the study indicate that seed paper has high ecological value because it can decompose naturally and provides dual benefits as both a painting medium and a greening tool. The integration of the paint-by-number concept with seed paper media also offers significant product differentiation, enhancing aesthetic and educational value while expanding the market to creative communities and educational institutions. Digital marketing strategies, community collaboration, and custom services are key elements to strengthen competitiveness. Financial analysis indicates positive net profit projections, making this business model viable for development. These findings reinforce the role of seed paper not only as an environmentally friendly product but also as an educational medium and sustainable art innovation. This research recommends expanding market reach through digital platforms and developing product features based on sustainability and social engagement.
