PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PEMESANAN PRODUK SAYURAN PADA PT AGRO LIFE FARM DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE AGILE BERBASIS WEBSITE
Abstract
The ordering system is an important part of a business and industry that involves the sale and purchase of goods. PT Agro Life Farm still uses conventional methods, from ordering vegetable products face-to-face, by telephone, or by sending messages via WhatsApp, and orders are still recorded on paper. This can lead to various issues, such as inefficiency when multiple customers call simultaneously, errors in order documentation, and lack of transparency in financial record-keeping. Therefore, this study aims to develop a website-based vegetable product ordering system at PT Agro Life Farm to improve business management and assist in order report data management. This study applies the Agile method for the vegetable product ordering system at PT Agro Life Farm. The results of this study show that the website-based vegetable product ordering system can manage order data, record sales reports, make it easier for customers to place orders anytime and anywhere without having to visit the location, provide information about stock, prices, product images, and minimize recording errors. The implementation of this system is expected to help improve business management, minimize errors, and enhance the accuracy of sales reports.
