ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN DENGAN PENERAPAN TERAPI DZIKIR PADA PASIEN RESIKOPERILAKU KEKERASAN DI RSJ TAMPAN PROVINSI RIAU

Abstract
Patients at Risk of Violent Behavior is a condition where
individuals experience extreme angry behavior (anger) or fear
(panic) in response to feelings of threat, either in the form of
threats of physical attack or self-concept. One therapy that
can be given to patients at risk of violent behavior is
psychoreligious therapy. One of the most effective
psychoreligious is dhikr, scientific evidence states that dhikr is
a manifestation of a person's religious commitment. The
psychoreligious therapy carried out is dhikr by reading istighfar
(Astaqfirullahal'adzim) 3 times, followed by tasbih
(Subhannallah) 33 times, tahmid (Alhamdulillah) 33 times, and
takbir (Allahu akbar) 33 times and reading surah arrahman
verses 1-5, this therapy is carried out for 3 days with a
duration of 10-20 minutes, with a frequency of 1 application
per day, during the day after the dzuhur prayer. The purpose
of this study is to explain Evidence Based Practice as a therapy
for patients at risk of violent behavior. The implementation
method used is the experimental technique (treatment). The
subjects for this application were 2 people. This application
uses a checklist of signs and symptoms of violent behavior risk,
namely RUFA (General Response of Adaptive Function) with a
pretest and posttest testing process. The results of the study
showed a decrease in signs and symptoms of violent behavior
risk in the pretest and posttest scores of carrying out spiritual
therapy of dhikr
