Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap keterlibatan karyawan pada perusahaan teknologi di Amerika Serikat. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, khususnya dimensi individualized consideration dan intellectual stimulation, berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan. Faktor kontekstual seperti budaya kerja fleksibel, kerja jarak jauh, dan tuntutan inovasi juga memoderasi hubungan tersebut. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi organisasi dalam mengembangkan strategi kepemimpinan yang adaptif dan mendukung produktivitas jangka panjang.
