PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN CV.QUICKCORP

Abstract
This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of Work Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Work Productivity at CV.Quickcorp. This research method uses a quantitative research method. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample, namely all respondents in this study were 40 employees of CV.Quickcorp. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires and respondent data. The data testing technique used in this study uses validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. Data analysis in this study uses multiple regression analysis tools using SPSS version 25 software. Data collection techniques use literature studies, observations, questionnaires. The results of the study show that Work Discipline and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Work Productivity. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on Employee Work Productivity. The work environment does not have a significant effect on Employee Work Productivity.Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Environment, Employee Work Productivity.
