STRATEGI MANAJEMEN STRES UNTUK PENDIDIK DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP KINERJA MENGAJAR

Abstract
Pendidik menghadapi berbagai tekanan kerja seperti beban administrasi, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan interaksi kompleks dengan siswa, yang beresiko menimbulkan stres dan menurunkan kinerja mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji strategi manajemen stres yang efektif untuk mendukung kinerja pendidik melalui studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari artikel ilmiah melalui pencarian sistematis di Google Scholar. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa strategi seperti pelatihan kesehatan mental, dukungan sosial, teknik relaksasi, dan budaya organisasi yang mendukung, terbukti efektif mengurangi stres kerja. Strategi ini berdampak positif terhadap kestabilan emosional, motivasi, dan produktivitas guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Penerapan strategi manajemen stres yang tepat dan berkelanjutan tidak hanya meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis pendidik, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan.
Educators face various work pressures such as administrative burden, limited resources, and complex interactions with students, which are at risk of causing stress and reducing teaching performance. This study aims to examine effective stress management strategies to support educators’ performance through a literature study with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were obtained from scholarly articles through a systematic search on Google Scholar. The result showed that strategies such as mental health training, social support, relaxation techniques, and a supportive organizational culture were effective in reducing work stress. These strategies have a positive impact on teachers’ emotional stability, motivation and productivity in the learning process. Appropriate and sustainable implementation of stress management strategies not only improves educators’ psychological well-being but also contributes to improving the overall quality of education.
