Hadis Nabi dan Pembentukan Etika Masyarakat Multikultural

Abstract

The Hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) are a fundamental source of Islamic teachings and play a significant role in shaping social ethics. In the context of a multicultural society composed of diverse ethnic, cultural, and religious backgrounds, the ethical values contained in the Hadiths can serve as a foundation for fostering social harmony. This article explores how moral messages in the Hadiths such as tolerance, justice, and compassion can be internalized within a pluralistic society. Using a qualitative approach and literature review, the article highlights the relevance of the Prophet’s teachings in addressing ethical challenges in the modern era. It is found that the Hadiths make a substantial contribution to cultivating inclusive attitudes and reinforcing universal human values in multicultural communities.
