Abstract
Auditory hallucinations are hearing voices calling out to the patient to do something, commenting on the patient's behavior or thoughts, which can be heard as commands to commit suicide or kill others. One way to treat clients with hallucinations is using Mozart's classical music therapy. Mozart's classical music can improve concentration, memory, and spatial perception. In brain waves, alpha waves characterize feelings of calm and awareness, with waves ranging from 8 to 13 hertz. The slower the brain waves, the more relaxed, satisfied, and peaceful we feel. The purpose of this study was to control hallucinations by demonstrating a decrease in the frequency of signs and symptoms of hallucinations. The patient criteria in this study were 3 people who experienced auditory hallucinations, could be communicated with (cooperative), and were taught all the Sp Hallucinas. The implementation time was 2 days Sp1 and Sp2 hallucinations on June 2-3, 2025, then continued with Sp3 (intervention of Mozart classical music application) and Sp4 hallucinations were carried out on 3 days on June 5-7, 2025. On June 5, 6, and 7, 2025, using voice on a mobile phone with handsfree, and was carried out for 10-15 minutes. Measurement of signs and symptoms using the AHRS observation sheet. The results of the study after being given Mozart classical music intervention were explained from the results of the AHRS observation sheet, it was found that there was a decrease in the pretest and posttest AHRS scores given Mozart classical music therapy, namely in Mrs. E from 21 (moderate hallucinations) to 16 (mild hallucinations, in Mrs. S from 21 (moderate hallucinations) to 15 (mild hallucinations) and Mrs. D from 25 (moderate hallucinations) to 17 (moderate hallucinations) which means that the symptoms of auditory hallucinations have decreased.
