Hallucinations are the loss of human ability to distinguish internal stimuli (thoughts) and external stimuli (the outside world). Risk factors for hallucinations are closely related to parenting, development, neurobiology, psychology, which causes hallucination symptoms. To minimize hallucination symptoms, management is needed such as providing occupational therapy planting so that patients do not focus on their hallucinations. The purpose of this application is to determine nursing care in providing occupational therapy planting to hallucination patients in the Mandau 2A room of Tampan Mental Hospital, Riau Province.
