Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of employee turnover intention in Company B, a company operating in the digital health sector. The study employed a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews with several employees to understand their perspectives on factors influencing their intention to leave the company. The factors explored included compensation and benefits policies, work stress, work-life balance, leadership style, and work environment. The results indicate that reductions in allowances and facilities, high levels of stress and workload without adequate work-life balance, as well as unsupportive leadership styles and unconducive work environments significantly increase employee turnover intention. This research concludes that the company needs to pay attention to these aspects to improve employee retention. Recommendations for future research include expanding the sample to various companies and industries, using mixed research methods, and exploring other potential variables influencing turnover intention.
