Abstract

This study aims to improve the understanding of business actors in Tumaluntung, Kauditan District, North Minahasa Regency, about marketing strategies through social media, with a focus on attractive account design. Through training on creating effective visual accounts and utilizing social media algorithms, business actors can increase brand awareness and sales. The results of the pre-test and post-test showed a significant increase in understanding of marketing strategies, audiences, account consistency, and the importance of designs that are in accordance with brand identity. This activity proves that with the right strategy and design, social media can expand business reach and increase sales. In addition, it is recommended to deepen the use of social media analytics to measure the impact on business growth.
