PENGARUH PERILAKU INDIVIDU DAN KOMITMEN KERJA TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA PADA PEMBINA DI PONDOK PESANTREN AL-FURQON

Abstract
This study aims to determine the Influence of Individual Behavior and Work Commitment on Work Discipline of Instructors at Al-Furqon Islamic Boarding School. The research method used to determine the research on the Influence of Individual Behavior and Work Commitment on Work Discipline of Instructors at Al-Furqon Islamic Boarding School is a quantitative method, descriptive approach and survey. The sample in this study were all instructors at Al-Furqon Islamic Boarding School, totaling 40 people. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The analysis tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results of the study indicate that the Individual Behavior obtained from the Instructors at the Al-Furqon Islamic Boarding School has very high criteria. Work Commitment in Instructors at the Al-Furqon Islamic Boarding School has good assessment criteria, Work Discipline in Instructors at the Al-Furqon Islamic Boarding School has very good criteria. Together, Individual Behavior and Work Commitment have a significant influence on Work Discipline. Partially, Individual Behavior has a significant influence on Work Discipline. Partially, Work Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline.
