Abstract

Posyandu cadres often face the pressures of dual roles in their daily lives, which may affect their psychological well-being and work productivity. This study aims to examine the effect of Work-Family Conflict on the Performance of Posyandu Cadres in Sukamahi Village, with Job Stress as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was used, involving 50 respondents who are active Posyandu cadres in the village. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis with the help of SPSS version 27. The results show that Work-Family Conflict has a positive and significant effect on Job Stress. However, Work-Family Conflict does not have a significant direct effect on Cadre Performance. On the other hand, Job Stress was proven to significantly mediate the relationship between Work-Family Conflict and Cadre Performance. These findings indicate that the influence of Work-Family Conflict on performance occurs indirectly through the increase in Job Stress, rather than through a direct pathway
