Abstract
This study discusses how is the implementation of the "full day school" system at MAS Al-Ulum Medan?, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the " full say school" system to improve the learning outcomes of arabic language students in class 2 Aliyah at MAS Al-Ulum Medan? The research method used is a qualitative approach with the type of field research. The method used in obtaining data for this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results obtained based on the analysis are the implementation of the " full day school" system at MAS Al-Ulum medan include good teacher quality, support from students parents, and student awareness in participating in learning programs with high enthusiasm, and others. Inhibiting factors include long learning times, lack of facilities an infrastructure, students boredom during lessons, fatigue, and lack of funding and others. The implementation of the " full day school" system to improve student learning outcomes in arabic has been successfully implemented with full dedication. Programs such as memorizing vocabulary and the prophet's hadith, cultural activities in arabic, monthly competitions, improving teacher qualitifications, and learning technology have been successfully implemented.
