ANALISIS WEBSITE RIDA BAPPERIDA: MENINGKATKAN AKSES INFORMASI PUBLIK MELALUI TEKNOLOGI DIGITAL

Abstract

Digital transformation in public services is essential in the modern governance era that demands transparency and efficiency. This article analyzes the Regional Research and Innovation website (RIDA) by the Regional Development Planning, Research, and Innovation Agency (BAPPERIDA) of Pontianak City as a digital-based tool to enhance public access to information. This study adopts a descriptive qualitative approach focusing on design, content, accessibility, feature innovation, and information openness. The analysis shows that the RIDA website has positively contributed to transparency and accessibility of regional research information. However, areas for improvement remain, such as inconsistent content updates, lack of interactive features, and limited accessibility for persons with disabilities. Recommended improvements include enhancing digital features, providing open data, and optimizing online services to foster broader public participation in innovation-based regional development.
