PENERAPAN FUNGSI PENGARAHAN (PRE DAN POST CONFERENCE) DI RUANGAN IGD RS LANCANG KUNING PEKANBARU
Abstract
Nursing services in Indonesia are currently still in a process of professionalization. One of the efforts to improve quality and professional nursing care services is by implementing pre-conference and post-conference as communication between nurses. The implementation of pre-conference and post-conference in nursing is closely related to the implementation of nursing care, especially nursing documentation. One of the actions that can overcome the ineffectiveness of the implementation of pre-post conference is to conduct role play and discussion about pre-post conference. The aim is to explain the implementation of the Nursing Management direction function in the implementation of Pre- and Post-Conference on Nursing Care Documentation at Lancang Kuning Hospital, Pekanbaru. The method used in this scientific work is observation and intervention of the implementation of the pre- and post-conference direction function in the Emergency Room of Lancang Kuning Hospital, Pekanbaru. The study was conducted on May 22, 2025. The results of the study showed that after the application of pre- and post-conference direction function therapy was observed using research instruments from the state umbrella health institute, it was found that the initial and final conferences were not carried out effectively in the IGD room of Lancang Kuning Hospital, Pekanbaru, marked by the absence of pre- and post-conference Suggestions regarding interventions to further research/implementation sites to implement this intervention, implementation or application will be difficult to implement if a room has no patients at all.
