Abstract

Nursing round activities are activities to convey information related to patient conditions to overcome nursing problems carried out by nurses in addition to involving patients to discuss and implement nursing care. Nursing rounds if not implemented will have an impact on hospital care. This activity is carried out by providing actions and information that is conveyed must be accurate so that patient care can take place smoothly. The implementation of this nursing round aims to determine whether the implementation of nursing rounds is optimal or not. Implementation of evidence based practice nursing (EBN) carried out on nurses for 3 days to 2 room nurses during the implementation of nursing rounds using interview and observation methods. The results of the implementation were obtained after the implementation for 3 days, namely on January 22-24, 2025. The results of the evaluation or final results were obtained, namely the optimal implementation of the implementation of nursing rounds using standard operating procedures, where nurses convey information and patient developments clearly and completely to avoid errors in carrying out nursing care.
